Trump signs order threatening tariffs on nations trading with Iran

US President Donald Trump said he could impose additional tariffs on countries that trade with Iran "directly or indirectly", in an executive order. The order doesn't specify the rate that could be imposed, but uses 25% as an example. This comes amid ongoing nuclear talks between US and Iranian officials in Oman, following several weeks of threats from both sides.
