US President Donald Trump has suspended a White House teleprompter operator after allegations emerged that he placed bets on specific words and phrases Trump would use in his speeches. The operator, Gabriel Perez, reportedly earned more than $100,000 from these bets. Perez allegedly placed bets on several major speeches including Trump’s remarks at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
