Trump threatens tariffs on countries that oppose his plan to acquire Greenland

US President Donald Trump on Friday said he may impose tariffs on countries that do not back his plans to acquire Greenland, part of the territory of NATO ally Denmark. "I may put a tariff on countries if they don't go along with Greenland, because we need Greenland for national security," Trump said at a health roundtable at White House.
