Trump threatens to cut aid to Egypt if it refutes Gaza relocation

US President Donald Trump said he might cut aid to Jordan and Egypt if they reject his demand to permanently take in a significant number of Palestinians from Gaza, The New York Times reported. Jordan and Egypt have dismissed any suggestion that Palestinians be relocated to their countries. Notably, both countries are major recipients of US military and economic aid.
