Trump to pick Treasury's Malpass to lead World Bank: Reports

President Donald Trump will reportedly pick senior Treasury official David Malpass as the US nominee to lead the World Bank. The 62-year-old is known to have earlier criticised the World Bank and other multilateral institutions for growing "intrusive" and "entrenched". World Bank's former President Jim Yong Kim stepped down on February 1 to join private equity firm Global Infrastructure Partners.
