US President Donald Trump was ready to fire Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard after she "didn't wholeheartedly endorse the Iran war during her recent testimony to Congress", Axios reported quoting five sources. Trump's friend and advisor Roger Stone stopped him from removing Gabbard. Trump reportedly scolded Gabbard and questioned her loyalty, two of the sources said.
