Trump-backed blank-check firm Digital World terminates its CEO

Digital World Acquisition Corp (DWAC), a blank-check firm that plans to take a company of ex-US President Donald Trump public, has terminated its CEO Patrick Orlando. The company cited "unprecedented headwinds" as the reason behind its decision to look for a new management team. DWAC is scheduled to merge with Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) this year.
