Truth sits upon lips of dying: HC as it overturns man’s acquittal in 36-yr-old dowry death case

Delhi High Court overturned a man and his sister's acquittal in a 36-year-old dowry death case. Giving "credit" to the victim's final note, the court quoted poet Matthew Arnold, "Truth sits upon...lips of a dying person." Court's final verdict also mentioned William Shakespeare's "Where words are scarce, they're seldom spent in vain, For they breathe truth that breath" quote.
