TSMC's monthly sales rise 30% Y-o-Y due to high AI chip demand

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company's (TSMC) monthly sales rose 30% year-on-year as demand for AI chips continued to surge. The firm reported $13.2 billion in revenue for May, as combined sales from April and May rose about 24% from a year ago, Bloomberg reported. TSMC CEO CC Wei earlier said the firm's global chip supply won't meet demand for years.
