Tsunami waves hit Japan after 7.4 magnitude earthquake

Tsunami waves 1.4-metres-high struck Sendai port in Japan following a 7.4-magnitude earthquake off the coast of Fukushima on Tuesday morning. There were no reports of deaths following the earthquake, which briefly disrupted cooling functions at a nuclear plant.
