Tuck Everlasting's author Natalie Babbitt passes away

American author Natalie Babbitt, who wrote the children’s novel Tuck Everlasting, passed away on Monday at the age of 84 after battling lung cancer. An award-winning author and illustrator, Babbitt was best known for Tuck Everlasting, which sold 35 lakh copies and was adapted into two movies and a Broadway play. She is survived by her husband and three children.
