Tukaram Mundhe shares what to check before buying food products this Diwali

Maharashtra FDA Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe urged consumers to check a product's manufacturing and expiry dates, the food business operator's licence and the FSSAI licence number on the bill before buying. He also advised checking the quality, labels and seals of products inside Diwali gift hampers. Consumers were advised to buy sweets in small quantities and consume them within 2-3 days.
