Turkish influencer Aykut found dead hours after 'I need to gain weight' post

Turkish influencer Kübra Aykut, famous for her viral 'Wedding without a groom' videos, died after falling from a luxury apartment building's fifth floor. She was found dead hours after she posted, "I've gathered my energy but I can't seem to gain weight...I urgently need to gain weight." Police have launched an investigation and Aykut's body has been taken for post-mortem.
