Tustin, San Marcos are best places for families in California on Fortune's list

Two cities from California have made it to Fortune's list of '25 Best Places to Live for Families'. Orange County's Tustin ranked 12th and San Marcos in San Diego County is in the 20th spot. Tustin has a good range of job, school and entertainment opportunities, while San Marcos offers quality medical care and an efficient public transit system.
