TV actor's father gets lewd call, obscene video of woman, forced to pay ₹89,000

A TV actor's 75-year-old father was cheated of ₹89,000 in a sextortion scam. The complainant said he received a lewd call and an obscene video on WhatsApp. Later, a man claiming to be an inspector said he has been caught having an obscene conversation, following which money was extorted on pretext of removing the video of the conversation from YouTube.
