TV serial makers respond to row over actor playing Sikh guru

The makers of the TV serial 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' took to Twitter to respond to the recent row over an actor allegedly portraying Guru Gobind Singh in a recent episode. They tweeted, "In (the) episode... Sodhi was dressed up as Guru Gobind Singh Ji ka Khalsa. We request viewers to not misinterpret it in any other way."
