TVS Motor to acquire 4.90% stake in Jana Small Finance Bank

TVS Motor informed exchanges that it will acquire a 4.90% stake in Jana Small Finance Bank through purchase of 51.60 lakh equity shares from Jana Holdings. The company stated that the acquisition is not a related party transaction and forms part of its strategic investment initiatives.
