TVS Motor's Q2 net profit rises 46.78% YoY to ₹407 cr, sales up by 12%

TVS Motor Company reported a standalone net profit for the second quarter at ₹407.47 crore, up 46.78% from ₹277.6 crore in the year-ago quarter. The Chennai-based automaker's revenue from operations grew by 28% at ₹7,219 crore against ₹5,619 crore in Q2 of the previous fiscal. During the quarter, company's overall sales, including exports, grew by 12% at 10.27 lakh units.
