Twins headed to twins festival stopped over similar number plates

Twin brothers Andy Baker and Chad Baker, who were headed to Twinsburg from Nashville in the US for a twins festival in their almost identical cars, were recently pulled over by the police over similar licence plates. The police thought they had identical licence plates. However, one plate had a 'zero', while the other had the letter 'O' on it.
