Twisha Sharma's husband ready to surrender after being on the run since her death

Twisha Sharma's husband Samarth Singh, who has been on the run since his wife died on May 12, has offered to surrender, his lawyer informed the Madhya Pradesh High Court. His lawyer also told the court that Samarth Singh would withdraw his anticipatory bail plea. Twisha's family has accused her lawyer husband and her mother-in-law Giribala Singh of dowry harassment.
