Twitch to charge viewers $100 to pin chat messages for 2.5 minutes

Twitch is testing a paid feature called 'Elevated Chat' that will allow viewers to get their chat messages highlighted for a specific amount of time. The feature comes with five different pricing tiers, ranging from $5 for 30 seconds to $100 for 2.5 minutes. Twitch will give streamers a 70/30 cut of revenue from elevated chats after taxes and fees.
