Twitter adds Facebook-like reaction emojis feature for DMs

Twitter announced it has added emoji reaction feature to its direct messages. To use them, users will either have to hover over messages and click the "heart and plus icon" on web or double tap a message on mobile. The recipients of the reactions will get a notification or will get the reaction as a text reply in older versions.
