Twitter appoints ex-IBM exec Rinki Sethi as information security head

Twitter has appointed Rinki Sethi as its new Chief Information Security Officer. Sethi has previously headed security at IBM, Palo Alto Networks and Rubrik. Twitter had been without a security chief since December, and it reported a major hack in July where 130 accounts including that of US presidential candidate Joe Biden, Elon Musk and other public figures were hacked.
