Twitter confirms receiving Musk's buyout offer, says will close at original price

Twitter confirmed that it has received Tesla CEO Elon Musk's letter for the buyout deal and said it "intends to close the transaction at $54.20 per share", the same price he agreed to in April. Musk's lawyers added that they'll proceed with the agreement if Delaware Chancery Court will "adjourn the trial and other proceedings related to the ongoing lawsuit".
