Twitter cuts daily follow limit to 400 accounts from 1,000

Twitter has cut the daily follow limit to 400 accounts, down from the previous 1,000, in an effort to combat spammers. "We found that having a high daily follow rate contributed to follower churn", Twitter said about the process of following and unfollowing accounts. Twitter had added a feature to stop posting of same tweets using multiple accounts last year.
