Twitter on Tuesday launched its live video-streaming app 'Periscope' for Android, two months after the app was launched on iOS. Periscope let users watch and record a live video feed from their handsets. It opens a list of current and recent broadcasts from the people you're following. A competitor, Meerkat has already launched an Android app, offering limited beta-access.
