Twitter to rehire laid off workers if they aren't mad at us: Musk

Outgoing Twitter CEO Elon Musk said the microblogging platform needs to hire more people. "If they aren't too mad at us, probably we'll rehire some of the people...[we laid off]," he added. Reacting to the mass layoffs at Twitter, Musk said, "Desperate times call for desperate measures." Musk has laid off over 6,000 Twitter workers since taking over the platform.
