Pune Police chief Amitabh Gupta held a question and answer session on Twitter on Monday. When a person asked him if it was necessary for a traffic police constable to take keys if one mistakenly jumps a signal, he replied, "Is it necessary to break the signal?." The Twitter user had used a meme from the movie 'Munna Bhai MBBS'.
