Two Army veterans build profitable moringa startup in Maharashtra

After nearly 20 years in the Army, Subedars Deepak Khedekar and Santosh Narwade took voluntary retirement and returned to their villages in Maharashtra's Buldhana district. They began organic moringa farming on 1.5 acres each and have built a profitable enterprise by selling moringa powder at ₹800 per kg. The duo also helps other farmers with marketing and shifting towards organic farming.
