Two women from Manipur's Kuki community were shot dead by unknown armed individuals in Muktakhan village, Tamenglong district. Kuki body KIM alleged NSCN-IM and ZUF-K cadres killed them while they worked in fields. At least 30 people from Naga and Kuki communities have been killed in the region since February 2025.
