Two of our engineers were kidnapped by Taliban: Dr Rao

KIMS founder Dr B Bhaskar Rao shared a chilling memory of his Afghanistan venture. He recalled visiting the diagnostic centre when a bomb blast just 10 metres away shattered his house glass. Later, two of their engineers were kidnapped by the Taliban, but the Indian government supported and rescued them safely. He eventually exited the project.
