Two-time champion Sharapova crashes out of French Open
Two-time French Open winner Maria Sharapova has crashed out of the tournament after suffering a quarter-final defeat from world number three Garbine Muguruza. Spain's Muguruza, who won the French Open in 2016, defeated the Russian 6-2, 6-1 in a 70-minute match on Wednesday. The 24-year-old will play world number one Simona Halep in the last four.
