Tyre of Turkish Airlines plane catches fire while landing at Kathmandu airport

The landing gear wheel of Turkish Airlines flight TK726, arriving from Istanbul, caught fire while touching down at Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport on Monday. Firefighters stationed at the airport doused the flames within minutes. All 278 passengers and 11 crew, including some UN officials, were safely evacuated using emergency doors.
