U'khand CM urges EAM Jaishankar to rescue man 'living like hostage' in S Arabia

Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Dhami wrote to External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar to urge the return of an Uttarkashi-based man, Indramani Nautiyal, living in "a hostage-like situation in Saudi Arabia". Nautiyal was imprisoned for a year over an accident in 2018, while his employer was fined ₹2.29 crore for registration deficiencies. The employer is reportedly pressuring Nautiyal to pay the fine.
