U'khand minister accuses husband of assault, hiding 1st marriage; breaks down in video

Uttarakhand's Women and Child Development Minister, Rekha Arya, filed an FIR against her husband, Girdhari Lal Sahu, accusing him of assault, plotting to kill her, and hiding his first marriage. She was seen breaking down in tears in a video she posted on Facebook. Further, she alleged he used casteist abuse against her in front of staff at her home.
