U'khand principal sacked over caste harassment allegations reinstated within 2 yrs

The Uttarakhand Tourism Department reinstated Yashpal Singh Negi, principal of the State Institute of Hotel Management (SIHMCT & AN), two years after his termination over allegations of caste-based harassment of a professor, The IE reported. Negi agreed to withdraw his legal case against the government. He was also accused of misrepresenting his CV and causing financial burden to the institute.
