UAE announces up to 16% hike in fuel prices from Oct 1

The UAE Fuel Price Committee has announced up to a 16% hike in fuel prices from October 1, marking an increase for a third consecutive month amid uncertainty around a potential US-Iran truce. Compared with September, Super 98 fuel will cost 15.8% more, Special 95 16% more and E-Plus 16.6% more from October. Diesel prices will go up by 11.6%.
