Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi resigns from New York Times board

Cab-hailing startup Uber's CEO Dara Khosrowshahi on Thursday resigned from the New York Times' board. According to filings, his resignation was not due to any disagreements with the company but because of his increased responsibilities as the CEO of Uber. Khosrowshahi was appointed as the CEO of Uber in August, months after ex-Uber CEO Travis Kalanick resigned.
