US-based cab-hailing startup Uber mistakenly used the flag of Cuba to congratulate Puerto Rico on its Flag Day in an advertisement on Facebook. While Cuba's flag features red triangle with blue and white stripes, Puerto Rico's flag comprises a blue triangle with red and white stripes. Uber apologised for the mistake and said that it was a "human error."
