Uber enters China 2 years after exit, for making bikes

Two years after exiting China, US-based ride-hailing startup Uber is set to re-enter the country for making bikes and scooters. It is adding supply chain and other personnel in southern China to work closely with the manufacturers of these devices, according to a company executive. Uber may also launch the services in other Asian nations like Japan.
