Uber in talks to acquire German food delivery firm Delivery Hero

Uber is in advanced talks to acquire German food delivery company Delivery Hero and aims to reach an agreement within a week, Reuters reported. The transaction is expected to value Delivery Hero above its trading price of around €36 per share. Uber increased its stake in the firm from 25% to 37% by purchasing shares from Aspex Management in May.
