Uber may raise its offer to acquire Delivery Hero: Report

Uber may raise its offer to acquire German delivery group Delivery Hero after its previous bid was rejected by a major shareholder, the Financial Times reported. Uber board met on Saturday to discuss the status of the takeover bid, the report said citing sources. Uber had earlier approached Delivery Hero's largest shareholder with an offer of 38 euros per share.
