Uber to hire 250 engineers in India for product, tech teams

Uber plans to hire 250 engineers for its Bengaluru and Hyderabad-based teams to expand the scope of operations for its engineering and product work in India. Uber Senior Director (Engineering) Manikandan Thangarathnam said these teams work on important global mandates and pioneer industry-first innovation. This round of hiring will strengthen Uber Infrastructure, Eats and data teams, among others.
