Uber told to pay ₹20,000 to Mumbai woman who missed flight

A consumer court in Mumbai has held Uber guilty of deficiency in services after a woman missed her flight due to the delay in service and ordered the company to pay a sum of ₹20,000 to the customer. Uber has to pay ₹10,000 for mental agony and ₹10,000 as litigation cost to the complainant Kavita Sharma, who is an advocate.
