Uddhav demands special session on Maharashtra drought

Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray demanded a special Maharashtra legislature session next week to address drought affecting two-thirds of the state's districts. He sought tehsil-wise drought declaration, farm loan guarantees, and details of the ₹31,000-crore relief package. CM Fadnavis visited Latur, Dharashiv, and Solapur, assuring farmers of government assistance.
