Udemy aims for nearly $4 billion valuation in US IPO

Online learning platform Udemy is targeting a valuation of up to $4 billion in a US initial public offering (IPO). The San Francisco-based firm is looking to raise up to $420.5 million at the top end of its price range of $27-29 per share, according to a filing. Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan are the lead underwriters for the IPO.
