Udupi toilet video incident 'blown out of proportion': K'taka HM

Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara has said that the Udupi college washroom incident has been blown out of proportion. "That is a small incident. Reports say it happened amongst friends," he said. Three college girls were suspended after they secretly filmed a fellow student in the washroom. Two cases were filed in connection with the incident.
