UEFA launches probe into possible misconduct during Ireland-Israel Nations League match

UEFA is investigating possible misconduct by the Republic of Ireland and Israel during their UEFA Nations League match on Sunday. UEFA said it has appointed an ethics and disciplinary inspector after reports of an alleged incident in or around the tunnel at halftime. Notably, both Irish and Israeli players were wearing black armbands during the match.
