Uganda arrests serial killer who hacked 38 people to death

Uganda has arrested Mujurizi Moses, accused of killing and eating 38 people between 2010 and 2025 in Masaka, Ibanda and Kazo districts. Chief of Defence Forces General Muhoozi Kainerugaba announced the arrest on X. Reportedly, Moses targeted families and lured women. Investigators are examining evidence and possible links to other missing-person cases.
