Uganda qualify for T20 World Cup for the first time in history, Zimbabwe miss out

Uganda have qualified for T20 World Cup for the first time ever, while Zimbabwe failed to qualify for T20 World Cup 2024. Uganda defeated Rwanda by nine wickets in their last Africa Qualifier match to book their place in T20 World Cup 2024, which will be held in Caribbean and USA. Namibia have also qualified for the tournament from Africa.
